Describe the Bug

This bug had occurred before and was fixed in version 0.27.0, but it has reappeared in the current version 0.27.1.

Steps to Reproduce

Whenever a webpage gets stuck, the entire system freezes.

Expected Behaviour

The system freezes and does not continue crawling other web pages.
