Describe the Bug

It's not possible to search "100%"

Steps to Reproduce

Type-in % symbol in search field
See result

Expected Behaviour

Normal search for content with the % symbol

Screenshots or Additional Context

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading ... (see the browser console for more information).

Uncaught URIError: malformed URI sequence
    NextJS 12
797-1192d25972cbf1dc.js:1:47091

Device Details

Firefox 142.0.1 on Windows 11
