Describe the Bug

I have this page that I imported (and several others)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bOexsIIvY4
Title is: FLAT-OUT in the Mk1 Ford Escort that thinks it’s a GT40! | Henry Catchpole - The Driver’s Sea
Karakeep shows:
FLAT-OUT in the Mk1 Ford Escort that thinks it��s a GT40! | Henry Catchpole - The Driver��

Seems the problem comes from the CSV file itself, excel shows:
FLAT-OUT in the Mk1 Ford Escort that thinks itï¿½ï¿½ï¿½s a GT40! | Henry Catchpole - The Driverï¿½ï¿½ï¿½

Steps to Reproduce

Import pocket CSV as is with pages that contain such title

Expected Behaviour

I would hope when crawling it would resolve itself
