Describe the feature you'd like

Hear me out, right? It could be a horrible idea... BUT... extensions/add-ons for Karakeep. I or another user want to add support for adding a YouTube URL; it will auto-download and embed the local version. Sure, add it as an extension. Another user adds support for all YouTube video metadata to be included with data pulled from Sponsorship, and that is a full-stack YouTube automation. Of course, documentation, languages, etc., it's not very easy at all to do or make, and who knows how many extensions would be made, but it would be a nice, easy way to tie into Karakeep's existing API.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Kinda doing it all manually, but I don't think MP4s are locally addable anyways? Haven't tested it fully.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
