Describe the feature you'd like

The Clean Unused Tags action should be added to the Cleanups menu. It can also be left at the bottom of the tags screen, but would be much more convenient and logical in the Cleanups Menu.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

This would bring Merge Tag Suggestions and Clean Unused Tags to the same convenient place in the UI with no need to navigate all the way to the bottom of the potentially very big tags screen.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

The existing link way at the bottom of the tags screen does work, but also adding it to the Cleanups menu makes a lot of sense.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

I saw @srikarg 's PR and that it hasn't been merged in yet. I liked their use of renaming the cleanups to Cleanups.tsx and breaking the logic into different components. I thought I would give it a try as well with additional visual changes to match the rest of Karakeep. I'll create a PR in a moment.
