Describe the feature you'd like

My thougth was to be able to have links that come into Karakeep marked somehow based on the souce (API key name would work as an easy key). Something that i could then make make a smart lists based on.

I am often putting links in from the browser extension, but those tend to be different than the links i put in from Miniflux. The Browser ones tend to be general knowledge "I don't want to lose this information" type thing, where Miniflux tends to be a "Read Later" type saving. I have been trying to discriminate between the two while keeping them all in the same searchable system and thought if the path they took into Karakeep could be tracked it would be sufficient to create lists for these different uses

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

It would allow for bringing some order to all the data contained within while still allowing it to be a central repository.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?
