Describe the feature you'd like

Please add a configuration parameter/environment variable for Monolith arguments. Ideally it will fully replace the arguments Karakeep gives by default and include documentation on the default args (excluding anything required like - to output to stdout).

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

This will allow users to leave out (or include) any content they'd like from archived webpages, for example webfonts, audio, (inline) images. This should help mitigate/fix archived pages becoming very large: https://github.com/karakeep-app/karakeep/issues/770#issuecomment-3015919241

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Not currently.
