When opening my laptop's lid, this error message has been waiting for me after I updated to this latest version.

I'm getting this one:

I believe it only happens when the laptop goes to sleep / when the lid is closed on battery power.

It's likely the Mac cuts networking to save power and Itsyhome tries to restore the connection too early when it wakes from sleep.
