What is supposed to be in this section? It's showing blank for me despite multiple changes detected since the start of the run.

Mine always says:
No recent updates found

It only shows recent posts/reels/stories here. I guess you have it disabled ?

I have it disabled.

Changing that message to "No recent posts, reels, or stories found" would be more clear IMHO.
