These statements are not clear and should be updated or removed. I see these in the log with no additional context before or after. The statements could be cleaned up, but are odd since there is not equivalent 'completed fetching' type message. It looks like the code was taken out that simulated the progress bar final print statement, which would have added some context.

* Detailed follower logging: fetching followers...
