Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Today, the PR checks only validate commit message, and since we are using Squah and Commit, Github creates a new commit message upon merge, which defaults to PR title. We need to add validation to ensure the final commit messages are properly formatted
