Messages do not go through unless phone screen stays on.
1 minutes after screen is off, messages no longer being sent.
Samsung Galaxy S8+
Android 9
Granted permissions to Camera, Phone, SMS.
Battery settings for the app : Allow background activity enabled
Optimize battery usage: disabled
Background use 0 minutes. This is proof that app does not run in the background.
Data saver is OFF.
App is allowed to use data even if Data Saver is ON.

@tonycstech The app works even when the screen is off. I think this is speciifc to your device. Is your device connected to the charger + wifi 24/7? Also you can set a scilent alarm on your phone every 15 minutes to make sure the phone doesn't go into deep sleep.
@tonycstech commented on GitHub (Dec 22, 2025):
Other programs like Facebook and discord and Gmail all work fine without
the need to constantly unlock the phone or set alarms.
Please fix this.
Every Samsung phone will work this way and Samsung phones are dominating
the phone market.
If it does not work with Samsung, it will not work for way too many people
and customers will start looking for different service.
I already am looking for a different service simply because your app is not
developed properly.

@tonycstech Feel free to use a different service.
I do have a samsung phone and the app works properly on my phone.
