Add functionality to specify encryption suite and TLS version when connecting to website

Why should this be worked on?

Currently, the software does not allow users to specify the encryption suite or TLS version when connecting to a website. This can be a problem in certain situations where the user may need to use a specific encryption suite or TLS version for security or compatibility reasons. By allowing users to specify these options, the software can provide more flexibility and meet the needs of a wider range of users.
