Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Current behavior
When you visit the webapp for the first time the Cookie Notice Toast is shown. Which is good :) but, at the same time if the user toggles the Zen Mode at least twice, the same toast is rendered multiple times. See the attached ss:
Obviously if the user dismisses the notice (toast), it's not rendered multiple times.
PS: Find steps to repro. this bug, under repro. subheading.
Also if possible, please confirm and assign this bug to me with some hints to fix this UI bug. Would love to fix this bug as part of Hacktoberfest :)

@liyasthomas whoaa that was quick.. hotfix mode ON haha.
PS: I was hoping to fix it as part of Hacktoberfest once confirmed :) I understand the priority in prod.... No worries.
PPS: Let me know if any less priority bug need to be fixed.. #hacktoberfest
