I have searched the existing issues

Summary

Replace remaining English passges in /hoppscotch-app/locales/de.json with German translation
Unify usage of more personal "Du" instead of mixture of formal "Sie" and "Du" (in english, both is you)

Why should this be worked on?

Consistent usage of German language
