What's changed

This PR upgrades Prisma to the latest version to resolve an issue present in v7.4.0. The upstream issue has been fixed in the newer release.

Notes to reviewers

Create 10+ collections in a team workspace and verify that the 11th item appears correctly.
Repeat the same validation for:
- Team requests
- Shortcodes
