Description

I don't know what caused this, but all Japanese translations were discarded. Here is the latest Japanese translation.

Additional Information

According to TRANSLATIONS.md, translation work must fork from the i18n branch. However, the i18n branch and the main branch seem to be out of sync, so I followed #2895 and sent a PR to the main branch anyway.
