Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Postman has a concept of global variables, these variables are added after the enviroment specific ones. So anything which is a variable, but can be used cross environment ends up here

Describe the solution you'd like
A global section adding to the variables. This will be merged with the current environment specific one before variable replacement
