Bug Description

Introduces:
OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.4.
Architecture: arm64
Desktop App version: 26.1.1.
Chrome version: 146.0.7680.72

Problem: I lose all collections in corporative workspace. It's was after my coworker update application. After my resurrection steps I lose a log to any applications.

My steps is:

  1. Some folders displayed as collections. I remove each folders from company workspace.
  2. I try import collection from backup JSON on desktop application into company workspace.
  3. I open a web version to check collections exists but see empty workspace too.
  4. I try import collections from backup JSON, but it worked only for my workspace, not corporative.
  5. I try import collection from my workspace but both is lost.
  6. I reimport collection in my workspace.
  7. I took seen a error in local storage. Toast is very quick to out!
  8. I googled answer from AI: clear the storage of browser.
  9. After clear site data (F12 > Application > Clear site data) I cant open a page from hoppscotch.io domain. Any.
  10. I try logout from Desktop Application. I cant login to Desktop App after.

Answer: What I can do with it? What a reason can be at real?

Hi! I tried to reproduce this issue but couldn't replicate the login failure on my setup.

It might be related to the user's OS/browser configuration rather than the Hoppscotch application itself. Issues like this can sometimes occur due to browser settings, blocked third-party cookies, extensions, or network restrictions.

It may help to check:
• Browser console errors
• Whether third-party cookies are enabled
• Trying a different browser or incognito mode
• Network restrictions or firewall settings

Could the reporter share their OS, browser version, and any console errors during login?
