I have searched existing issues and this bug hasn't been reported yet

Bug Description

This is only a problem for the desktop client but if you open any modal (such as the modals for importing a collection, creating a new environment, or sharing a request) you won't be able to drag and reposition the app as long as it is open.

I think the background overlay for the modal covers up the area marked for dragging so you can't use it
