Summary

We have a lot of users on our self-hosted Hoppscotch, and multiple workspaces for each project.
Currently, when we create a new workspace, we have to manually type the emails of each teammate and invite them. If there were a way to have a toggle to select the users we already have in the database, or to enable auto-invite to all users.

Why should this be worked on?

We have to manually type every email of the teammate we are inviting to the workspace.
If there are 10+ teammates in multiple workspaces, there might be some people forgotten by mistake.
Typing out emails or copying and pasting them might lead to typos.
When onboarding a new teammate, we have to add them manually to each workspace.

@SpectoIT, thanks for the suggestion. If you’re using any self-hosted Hoppscotch instances, the feature is available to Hoppscotch Admins through the Admin dashboard. However, since the Admin role has the I AM access level, displaying a list of existing users could raise privacy concerns. While I appreciate the feature request, you can contact your Admin to create a workspace and invite users in bulk from the Admin dashboard on your behalf.
