Bug Description

Description

If you use the button "Replace with current" or "Replace with initial" on an empty value, the value does net get visually updated to eg. "*****", instead it will show the placeholder "Current/Initial value x". But when you click on "Show secret", it will show the correct value. The web interface works fine.

Steps to reproduce

Open Environment
Swtich to secrets tab
Add a secret
Enter a name and initial value
Click on "Replace with Initial"

Value still shows the placeholder
Click on "Show secret", the value is correct

Deployment Type

Self-hosted (on-prem deployment)
