I'm interested in working on this issue and I’d like to clarify one detail before I begin. Could you please let me know which version of Firefox you were using when you observed this scrollbar behavior?

I tested the issue on the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, and the scrollbar appears to be working correctly now. It's likely that the issue has been resolved in a recent update.

Please feel free to test it on your end as well, and if everything looks good, the issue can probably be closed as resolved. Let me know if there’s any specific version or configuration you'd like me to recheck.

I see it on my end still, Firefox 139.0.4 on macOS Sequoia 15.5. Not sure if it's due to any custom configuration in my browser installation.

Makes Hoppscotch pretty much unusable, I've resorted to opening it in Brave now:

i have the same issue (sry for the +1 here, just wanted to confirm it is still there). my env:

  • windows 10
  • firefox 140.0.4

i did start in troubleshooting mode (deactivating all addons etc.) and it is still there.

i saw it might be related to the container having zero base height, but i am not sure
