Current behavior

On the REST page, tabs are positioned above the URL input field, while on the GraphQL page, they are positioned below the URL input field. This inconsistency may affect user experience, as it changes the visual flow and interaction between the pages.

Steps to reproduce

1.	Go to the REST page.
2.	Observe that the tabs are positioned above the URL input field.
3.	Switch to the GraphQL page.
4.	Observe that the tabs are positioned below the URL input field.
