I have searched the existing issues

Summary

The ability for hoppscotch to re-run an endpoint over X amount of times and measure average response times.

Why should this be worked on?

Postman has this feature, https://blog.postman.com/postman-api-performance-testing/

It would be a valuable dev tool to measure performance over time/changes
