Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior

This is probably the most strange bug, but nevertheless. When I'm trying to drag the Hoppscot desktop when it is maximized, then the cursor stucks on the top bar (where search input is located), the desktop stops reacting to keyboard and mouse events. The only exit is forcibly kill desktop session from tty console.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install KDE Plasma on Arch Linux.
  2. Start X11 session (didn't try on Wayland)
  3. Download and start Hoppscotch desktop appimage
  4. Maximize the window
  5. Try to drag the window by top bar (where search input is located)
  6. Desktop environment hangs and require force restart

Environment

Same here

Does hoppscotch have some logic to drag the window by empty space between logo and input search box?
Maybe it does and it was designed for GTK with unified title bar, and now it goes crazy because QT is adding a border to the window making the calculations wrong?

There doesn't seem to be any activity here. Did anybody find any fix or is the team considering this in the near future?
