Summary
When you select text in the "Respose Body" section of a REST request, the UI shows a hover button saying
Set as variable- when clicked, it shows a modal for adding the selected text as a new variable to the current environment.I think this is a awesome feature because it makes me save time in comparison with doing the same task via the "Environments" view. But there's something missing.
This modal does not allow me to replace the value of an existing variable.
When I type the key of an existing variable and hit "Save", a new variable with the same key is created, which can cause pollution.
Why should this be worked on?
The ability to replace an existing variable via the modal would effectively save more time and reduce clutter.
