I have searched the existing issues

Summary

When (1) a team exists and (2) a user has the same OIDC group/role, then the user should join a Team automatically.
When a specific OIDC role is passed, then a user should get administrator rights.

Why should this be worked on?

We have a lot of different teams with a high amount of team members, automatically syncing teams would reduce alot of overhead when onboarding people.
