Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I want to synchronize 2 dns servers as primary and secondary, trying to solve this problem I found issue #1501 , I would like to know something has changed since then. Is it currently possible to create a secondary dns ?
If something is already working, please let me know how it can be implemented.
