This test keeps failing in CI. If I run cargo test --test named_https_tests --all-features it passes locally.

The named_https_tests fail intermittently with some regularity. @bluejekyll maybe you could spend a little time looking at this? Here's a recent failure: https://github.com/bluejekyll/trust-dns/actions/runs/4982423961/jobs/8918066056. Makes it hard to triage incoming pull requests.
