migrate master branch to main
fix all references to master branch in CI jobs and other tools
for Zone types add preferred alternative to master to primary #1141
for Zone types add preferred alternative to slave to secondary #1141
print warning message when old terminology is read from configuration files
in comments, unless used to clarify for compatibility reasons, all master and slave references to be replaced with above choices

FYI, master branch can't be removed b/c it would break links from crates.io until 0.20 is published.
