The trust-dns-server was originally designed to always generate new RRSIGs. The Authority should be changed to be capable of hosting pre-generated zones where RRSIGs already exist, additionally SupportedAlgorithm and other types need to allow for custom Algorithm types in this context.

This is important for serving existing zones, as well as forwarding.
