Expected Behavior

完全离线的内网环境购买授权

Current Behavior

目前必须连接互联网才能授权

Possible Solution

提供一种批量授权方式，通过机器码，可以购买授权，不需要联网认证，而且是不限期限的授权

Steps to Reproduce
