The PR description incorrectly referenced non-existent tools ("Antigravity IDE" and "Gemini 3 Pro"). Updated to accurately reflect the actual commit contents.

What was actually added:

Complete git-rewrite-commits project: AI-powered tool for rewriting git commit history
Core implementation with OpenAI and Ollama provider support
Test suite covering providers, core logic, and CLI (unit + e2e)
Documentation suite (README, API docs, security guidelines, quick start)
Git hooks for automatic commit message generation
CLI with interactive features and security safeguards

This is the initial commit establishing the full project structure, not a test-only addition.
