Windsurf Cascade launched hooks so we gave integration a go https://docs.windsurf.com/windsurf/cascade/hooks

Unfortunately we can't finish the integration until we figure out how to read the .pb files in .codeium/windsurf/cascade/0809d7a8-f551-49a5-8fdc-5118fd4c6581.pb

I've set a few Claude's at the problem, but have come up empty handed. Rest of community has the same problem https://github.com/Exafunction/codeium/issues/127

We don't merge in partial integrations - would rather have no integration than one that produces incomplete data so for now this stays in draft, but it is super cool to see the words "windsurf" in a git-ai blame
