Problem
Git-ai appears to be counting unstaged changes as human-authored changes, which may not be accurate for attribution tracking.

Expected Behavior
Unstaged changes should be properly categorized or excluded from authorship attribution to ensure accurate human vs AI contribution tracking.

Current Behavior
Unstaged changes are being attributed as human changes in the stats output.

Impact
This affects the accuracy of contribution metrics and makes it difficult to get precise human vs AI authorship data.

Additional Context
When analyzing git-ai stats output, we noticed that unstaged changes appear to be counted as human contributions, which skews the attribution metrics between human and AI-generated code.
