Updated the VSCode Extension to visualize Git AI blame.

Show blame in the gutter when lines are selected
preference to disable this functionality
verify: gracefully fails when git-ai not installed, file not checked in or not in repo.
Allow you to show AI gutter for every file (even when no selection) via "Toggle Show AI Code" command. Works during the current session but does not persist. might change this later, but felt noisy to me...
