一键部署的时候，必须要填R2存储桶，不想开R2，单纯D1能部署嘛？

不能，需要使用 R2 存储原始邮件

@idinging 其他几个临时邮箱服务可以纯D1部署的，我试了一下注释R2也可以部署成功，也可以接收邮件，可以看到标题，但是内容加载不出来，估计还得要R2了

注册个国区paypal 也可以绑定的
