Software versions

Browser: Firefox 59.0.2
Nextcloud: 13.0.2
Nextcloud Bookmarks app: 0.11.0
Floccus: 2.2.0

Steps to reproduce

Upgraded Floccus to 2.2.0

Expected outcome

Sync should continue to work

Actual outcome

I get an error stating:
"Trying to update a node of a bookmark that has none" repeated 5 times (number of total bookmarks)

OK, for some strange reason, Firefox didn't update the addon to the latest version (2.2.2). Forcing the update from the firefox addons page fixed the problem.
