Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Apache2 (httpd) on CentOS 7, but I think it's not relevant.
Describe the Bug
Bookmarks with URL starting with
file://are ignored.Expected Behavior
Bookmarks with URL starting with
file://should be correctly synchronized.I'm going to make a pull request to try to solve this issue.
To Reproduce
Inside your synced bookmarks folder, create a bookmark with the URL:
file:///C:/if on Windowsfile:///if on Linuxand then run the Floccus synchronization.
