OpenCollective charges 10% per payment and an additional 5% for Credit card payments.
Liberapay is free of charge, but you incur fees for the payment processor you choose: 3% for Stripe and 5% for PayPal
Paypal appears to be free of charge for receiving money while they impose 5% (within certain limits) for sending money internationally.
Github sponsors is probably the best deal, as they don't charge any fees for private sponsors
Patreon charges 8% per payment plus potentially 3-6% processing fee
Ko-fi charges 5%

All providers allow recurring donations except paypal

I'd suggest to take a look at ko-fi as well. 5% on the "free" plan and 0% for the monthly fee of 6$.
