You shouldn't need to create it. Floccus will create it for you, if it doesn't exist. Browsers usually cannot handle XBEL files, though.

got it, i had misunderstood the text
(alle Ordner darin müssen bereits existieren). z.B. persönlich/lesezeichen.xbel (Kein Schrägstrich am Anfang!)
