Describe the feature you'd like to request

I was somewhat confused by the Auto-sync toggle. Many people probably never were, but I was, so I think others could potentially be confused too. I would like some sort of documentation that explains plainly what the Auto-sync section of the Profile configuration UI does.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think it would be useful to add a short section to https://floccus.org/guides that gives the explanation that was provided to me in https://github.com/floccusaddon/floccus/discussions/1831.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This would be easier that trying to cram an explanation into the UI, which would also need translations.

and experience. If you have coding experience it would also be awesome if you could step up to dive into the code and
try to fix the odd bug yourself. Everyone will be thankful for extra helping hands!

Great idea! Personally, I think having the app explain itself is more pragmatic than forcing users to search for answers on a website. I'll add an explanation to the code :)
