You need to install the Bookmarks app in nextcloud if you want to use the Nextcloud Bookmarks sync option.

Are you admin in your nextcloud? If not, then you cannot install apps. If you can install apps, search for the bookmarks app in the apps section of Nextcloud. If you are not admin, try the WebDAV option for syncing with floccus (there's a guide here: https://floccus.org/guides )

I guess it depends on which tab.digital offering you have purchased. In some nextcloud offerings you can install apps, in others you cannot. If you cannot install apps, you cannot install the bookmarks app and you cannot sync floccus with the Nextcloud Bookmarks sync method. However, you should still be able to sync via WebDAV. You can find out your WebDAV URL by going to Your nextcloud in the browser, opening "Files" and clicking on "Files settings" in the lower left corner.
