Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I see that two other issues requesting this has been closed, hopefully not out of some kind of slight or ill will.
The excuse made was this was not for cities or something equally as dismissive.
However, I want to point out that Quebec (PQ) is OFFICIALLY recognized as a NATION since 2006: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qu%C3%A9b%C3%A9cois_nation_motion
And since you already have regional flags in addition to countries, there is no reason to not include Quebec which has a much larger population than many of those regions unless your intention is simply to insult the Québécois.

Like you said.. I'm pretty sceptical adding all those flags.. evens for the one we have right now they are too many if you ask me.. one other reason that I was putting them was because of national teams.. does the nation of Québec is represented as separate country or something..?
