The Belarusian flag has several issues, which I will address in a PR:

It does not conform to the design, having a slightly different pattern not seen in any previous version of the Belarusian flag. (Official government doc)
- Flag Design
It is missing the red stripe on the left side of the flag
The pattern was (seemingly) created via multiple rows of rectangles instead of a path, leading to rendering artifacts such as white gaps
The colors are wrong, not conforming to Pantone 1795 C and Pantone 355 C
