The colors of the keys is a more gold color, and there is no red disk under the tiara. here is a news article describing the problem: https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/254032/wikipedia-had-the-wrong-vatican-city-flag-for-years-now-incorrect-flags-are-everywhere

I am also attaching a copy of the flag that I updated to be correct.
