I corrected the green in the linked pull request, but left the caligraphy the same. Let me know if this is satisfactory.

BG color seems to be matching now. Caligraphy could be ignorable though the Sword in the flag seems to be bent which is very much noticeable.

Wasn't this repository supposed to prefer to only use flags colors and calligraphy based on SVG's as shown in Wikipedia?

Somewhat loosely. This library isn't an objective source of flags. The previous green was much brighter than Wikipedia, or any source, for the matter.
