Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Not a serious problem but I think you need to rotate the central circle to clockwise a little bit. Below is the official guideline from the Korean government web site.

I can see more two more issues. The spacing and size is off on the black bars (not sure if that supports tiny flags), and the half-circles are incorrect.
