It is very strange that you have forgotten the flag of the oldest country in the world.

According to Wikipedia, the ISO two letter country code of Iran is IR.
So check flags/4x3/ir.svg and flags/1x1/ir.svg which look like the flag in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Iran
